HPD’s Website Introduces Online Registration Assistance

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) has launched a new website feature to make property registration for residential building owners much simpler and easier. Through HPD’s website at www.nyc.gov/hpd building owners can now fill out their annual property registration form online, an important step towards a fully electronic registration system. Errors and missing information will now be automatically tagged so owners can make corrections before printing out the form and sending it, with payment, to HPD.

For more information, visit the HPD website at www.nyc.gov/hpd.
