Bank Authorization to close — check
Insurance paid for and receipt sent to bank attorney — check
I’m sure there’s more that I’m leaving out, but I’ll update after the closing today, hopefully no more snags.. I’ve already had my fill. Now on to figuring out how much I’m going to need to drink to get some sleep tonight..
