Time spent calling uHaul the day of trying to get my $5 back: 1 hour (approx) Time spent filling out a complaint on bbb.org: 10 minutes Delay while complaint was transferred to the AZ BBB: 1 week The $5 credit from uHaul was issued on Friday. Overall, I’d say it was worth the $5.. it’s only time =)
